ESCO|CelCradle® 潮汐細胞培養系統特色

 

CelCradle是一款小型生物反應器,可支援貼壁型細胞培養。

  • 透過專屬的無菌的培養瓶,提供一次性最佳的培養環境。
  • 即用型瓶,去除了驗證消毒的成本,加快研究速度。
  • 可搭配170 L(CCL-170)與240 L(CCL-240) 培養箱進行使用,於240 L培養箱中可達到自動換液的功能,降低人員操作時間。
  • 可應用於疫苗領域、幹細胞、病毒生產、外泌體生產等應用。

                          CelCradle ® 透過潮汐運動模擬3D方式進行培養

CelCradle 中的「潮汐運動」原理:瓶中的載體和培養基。當波紋管向上推時,附著在載體上的細胞將浸潤於培養基中,而細胞則吸收營養。當波紋管被釋放時,細胞暴露在環境中的空氣中進行通氣。

  • 主要結構為SS 316L製作,易於清潔
  • 可放置於170 L(CCL-170)與240 L(CCL-240)培養箱中進行操作
  • 具備預先消毒之拋棄式耗材,加快實驗速度
  • 於相較過往產品,具備極低剪切力、無泡沫、無O2限制下進行培養

Seeding Methods

Seeding adherent cells in CelCradle® bottles involved an upright and reverse method. In upright seeding, the carriers are pre-wetted with the culture medium to prime it. Prepared seed cells are pipetted into the disposable CelCradle bottle, topping the media to reach 500 mL, and set into the CelCradle® Stage. After 1-3 hours of incubation, the cell attachment efficiency will be calculated.

 

*Protocol varies on the type of cell line used
For reversed seeding, prepared seed cells are pipetted evenly on the carriers and the bottle will   be capped of with a non-vented white cap, instead of the blue vented cap. The bottle will be inverted and placed inside the incubator, allowing cells to attach for 3 hours. One the first hour, while still inverted, the bottle is swirled every 15 minutes.
